How the catalog is organized
FidesBeacon ships forty-five analytical deliverables grouped into eleven categories. For any matter, you select one or more categories, a tier depth (Foundation, Strategic, Trial, or Bespoke), and a quality model (Standard, Pro, or Premium). The configurator quotes the engagement from those choices plus the matter size. The full eleven-category overview is on the home page; the tier descriptions below explain what depth means inside each category.
Every FidesBeacon tier delivers Microsoft Word reports, an RFC 3161 timestamped QC log row per deliverable, and citation-verified output. Higher tiers add deeper analytical models and, at Trial and above, Two-AI Adversarial Review. Every paid engagement carries an insurance-backed accuracy guarantee and personal founder review of the executive summary.
Pricing reflects matter complexity (document volume, party count, claim complexity) and the quality model selected. Three quality models are available: Standard (Claude Haiku 4.5, Foundation tier only, Categories 2 / 7 / 8 only), Pro (Claude Sonnet 4.6, Foundation through Trial, most categories), and Premium (Claude Opus 4.6, Strategic through Bespoke; required for Category 6 Appellate work). The quality model is selected once at the matter level; downstream reports inherit it automatically.
FidesBeacon is also callable from inside Anthropic's Claude Cowork via a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. The analytical work runs entirely on Webnet Media hardware under our confidentiality controls; the MCP connector is a distribution channel, not a different product or a different price. Foundation tier
Three reports, 24–72 hour turnaround. Replaces paralegal-level document analysis. The on-ramp tier and the home of the free-first-matter offer for new firms.
Deliverables
- Expert Contradiction Report — every place an expert witness or party representative said one thing in one document and something different in another, with full citations to both sources.
- Master Case Timeline — a chronological reconstruction of every dated event in the production, with source citations and conflict flags where dates disagree.
- Key Fact Matrix — the facts that drive the legal theory of the case, isolated from the surrounding noise, with pinpoint citations.
Pricing
| Small matter (1–500 documents, single claim) | $2,500 – $7,500 |
| Standard matter (500–2,000 documents, 1–3 claims) | $5,000 – $10,000 |
| Complex matter (2,000–10,000 documents, multiple claims) | $7,500 – $15,000 |
Turnaround
24–72 hours from the time documents arrive in usable form.
Strategic tier
Foundation plus six additional reports. Replaces junior-associate work product. The right tier for active discovery and pre-trial strategy formation.
Deliverables
All Foundation reports, plus:
- Case Command Brief — the integrated strategic view of the matter: the strongest two or three theories of the case, keyed to evidence; the weakest two or three; the case-decision questions on which the matter will turn.
- Evidence-to-Claim Map — each claim element mapped to the specific documents and document sections that support and oppose it.
- Witness / Entity Map — every named witness, party, and entity in the production, with the documents in which each appears and the role each plays.
- Hot Documents Digest — the top thirty to one hundred documents (depending on matter size) ranked by case-decisive significance.
- QC / Exceptions Report — documents that could not be processed, OCR failures, suspicious authentication issues, and other anomalies surfaced during ingestion.
- Argument Framework Draft — a preliminary outline of the brief or motion that the matter is heading toward, with placeholder citations from the Evidence-to-Claim Map.
Pricing
$7,500 – $25,000 per matter depending on volume and complexity.
Turnaround
3–7 business days from the time documents arrive in usable form.
Trial tier — with two-AI adversarial review
Strategic plus six trial-grade reports. Replaces senior-associate work product. Activates Two-AI Adversarial Review on every deliverable, with disagreements between the two models surfaced in the report rather than hidden. Founder review of the executive summary remains mandatory.
Deliverables
All Strategic reports, plus:
- Deposition Mining Report — every passage of every transcript on a specific factual question, indexed and grouped by topic. Useful for trial preparation and for cross-examination design.
- Cross-Examination Builder — per-witness cross-examination outlines built from the witness's own prior statements, with line-and-page citations for the impeachment moments.
- Damages Inconsistency Report — every place the opposing damages position contradicts itself across exhibits, reports, or testimony.
- Trial Narrative — the documentary spine of the case as you would tell it to a jury, with chronological exhibit anchors.
- Settlement Leverage Memo — the specific facts and trends in the documentary record that would make the opposing party prefer settlement over trial, prioritized by leverage strength.
- Motion Support Pack — a target motion is identified; the documentary support for the motion is pre-organized with pinpoint citations.
Two-AI adversarial review
Trial-tier deliverables are run through a second AI model after the first model has produced the draft report. The second model audits the claims in the first model's draft, flagging weak inferences, mischaracterized citations, and arguments where the documentary support is thinner than the report's confidence level suggests. Disagreements between the models are surfaced inline in the deliverable with a clear "model-disagreement" annotation. The reviewing attorney decides what to do about each disagreement before the report ships.
Pricing
$25,000 – $50,000 per matter depending on volume and complexity.
Turnaround
5–10 business days from the time documents arrive in usable form.
Bespoke tier — scoped per engagement
Eight specialized reports available on request, with adversarial review and Premium quality model (Claude Opus 4.6) standard. Replaces junior-partner or specialist-consultant work.
Available specialized reports
- Judge Error / Appellate Strategy — identification of specific reversible errors in the trial-court record, with appellate-brief support and Federal-Circuit-line case mapping.
- Opponent Strategy Prediction — a forecast of the opposing party's likely next moves based on the documentary record and the pattern of moves the opposing counsel has used in analogous matters.
- Continuous Delta Reports — rolling weekly analyses as new productions arrive, with what-changed summaries and strategy-impact flags.
- Document Authenticity & Integrity — metadata, version-history, and chain-of-custody analysis on specific production batches; integrity flags surfaced for counsel's review.
- Communication Pattern Analysis — mapping of who-talked-to-whom-when across the production, with anomaly detection on communication blackouts and unusual cadence.
- Prior Art Mischaracterization — in patent matters, identification of every place opposing experts have mischaracterized a prior-art reference, with the reference text and the mischaracterization side by side.
- Knowledge & Conduct Report — what each party (or named individual) knew, and when, based on the documentary record; useful for fraud, scienter, and bad-faith claims.
- Case Risk Assessment — a structured assessment of the matter's downside risk across litigation, settlement, and regulatory dimensions; written for the client's general counsel or board.
Pricing
$50,000 – $250,000+ per engagement, scoped at the statement-of-work stage. Multi-month engagements are quoted on a monthly retainer.
Turnaround
Per the agreed statement of work. Continuous Delta engagements operate on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence.
Quality models and tier eligibility
The quality model selected at the matter level controls which tiers are available for that matter. Higher-tier deliverables require higher-quality models so that the analytical depth matches the price.
| Quality model | Underlying engine | Tiers eligible |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Claude Haiku 4.5 | Foundation |
| Pro | Claude Sonnet 4.6 | Foundation, Strategic, Trial |
| Premium | Claude Opus 4.6 | Strategic, Trial, Bespoke |
The quality model is selected once at the matter-creation step in FidesBeacon Engine. Downstream reports automatically inherit the same model. Trial and Bespoke deliverables additionally activate the two-AI adversarial review, which uses a second model to audit the first model's output regardless of which quality model produced the initial draft.
